These Terms of Use govern your use of Duo Daily, developed by TrekT (Jacob Lines). By downloading or using Duo Daily, you agree to these terms.
Duo Daily provides two daily word puzzles — Daily 5 and Codeword. A new puzzle pair is available each day. Free users may play one puzzle per day. Unlocked users may play both puzzles daily and access the full archive.
Duo Daily offers a one-time purchase of £1.99 to unlock full access. This is not a subscription — you pay once and keep access forever. The purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's payment terms. To restore a previous purchase on a new device, use the Restore Purchase option in Settings.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to both puzzles. No payment is required to start the trial. After the trial period, free-tier restrictions apply unless you have purchased the unlock.
You agree to use Duo Daily for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
All puzzle content in Duo Daily — including Daily 5 word chains and Codeword grids — is original content created by TrekT. All rights reserved.
Duo Daily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that puzzle content will be error-free. Puzzle progress is stored locally on your device — we recommend keeping your device backed up via iCloud to protect your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrekT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Duo Daily.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
